We operate a community home for the elderly with a permanent nursing service.

The service in the conditions of the Cesmína Home is provided to persons from 65 years of age, with reduced self-sufficiency, whose situation requires regular assistance of another natural person, which cannot be provided in the natural social environment of the persons or through another social service.

We provide social care services for people aged 18 and over male with learning disabilities or associated combined disabilities. We offer basic health, nursing, educational and social care. We strive to involve the user in normal life.

Operation of sheltered housing for people with intellectual disabilities aged 19 to 64 who require the help or assistance of another person. In the area of meals, clients manage their own meals independently and individually with the help of an assistant. We promote the users' independence and integration into everyday life.

A special needs home designed for persons 55 years of age and older who have Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia. The capacity of the home is 30 beds. It is intended for applicants residing in the South Moravian Region. The building also houses a day care centre for seniors aged 65 and over and clients with dementia aged 50 and over.

St. Michael's Sheltered Housing is a year-round residential social service for people over the age of 18 with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities that combines housing and support. Its mission is to create conditions for a dignified life for people with intellectual disabilities.

Providing health care. Possibility to rent compensatory or rehabilitation aids. We provide blood and biological material collection, wound dressings and injections or infusion therapy. We also offer glucose meter testing, stoma treatment and self-sufficiency training.

We provide accommodation, meals, social services and leisure activities for people with disabilities. We offer health care in a special school, therapies, special interest groups, rehabilitation and more. We focus on developing skills and abilities in self-care.

We provide comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation care for the elderly. Offering sports and activity activities. We provide our services to persons over the age of 58 who need the services provided for medical or other serious reasons.
