We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

Acrobatic studio for children and adults - we teach pole dance, aerial silks, aerial hoop and basic gymnastics. We also offer plenty of space for self training within the open space and hall hire.

We offer body sculpting and shaping. We also offer Chinese, classical, rehabilitation, Tibetan and lymphatic massage or cupping. We also do dance for children aged three and up, group exercise or dance aerobics. We provide customized training programs for each customer.

The YMCA Sports Centre is a multifunctional space where you can visit the gym, swimming pool, sauna, solarium or sign up for group classes.
