The Neo-Gothic chateau Hrádek u Nechanic was built in the middle of the 19th century as a summer hunting and representative residence of the Harrach family. It offers tours in the historical exhibition, a quiet walk through the park and the possibility of wedding ceremonies and rentals. There is a café, a souvenir shop and a chateau park.

The chateau with an Italian terraced garden is one of the most important Rococo buildings in Bohemia. A tour circuit in the west wing is open to the public, commemorating the fate of the last private owner, the family of the Swiss consul Gerold Déteindre. Offer lock inspection. The first mention of the chateau dates back to the 16th century, specifically in a sales contract from 1569, when the fortress and the village of Poříčí passed from the ownership of vladyka Hendrych Mladota of Jelmanice to the ownership of Mr. Mikuláš Šic of Drahenice.

The chateau was built between 1548 and 1565.In the 18th century, during the reign of Albert of Hodice, it was rebuilt in Baroque style and a park was created. Currently, there is one historical tour circuit in the castle and the other circuit is a regional museum. Cultural and social events are held here.

The Cistercian monks from the 13th century, the brilliant architect J. B. Santini Aichel or the current owners of the castle, the Kinský family, have written an extremely interesting history here.
