The national cultural monument was designed by architect Adolf Loos and built for the family of František Müller. It houses a study and documentation centre for researchers. The Raumplan space concept was used in the construction. The interior is in the spirit of modern functionalism and classical English style.

The exhibition recalls the distinctive style of Otto Rothmayer's architectural work and at the same time seeks to evoke the atmosphere of the living, working and artistic environment that Rothmayer created together with his wife.
