We use a number of therapeutic methods and concepts, such as the DNS concept, and we also use the approach of so-called manual medicine.

I provide physiotherapy for musculoskeletal, athletes or rehabilitation after and before surgery. I help with spine, joint and head pain, preventing overuse injuries and sports injuries. My goal is to restore a person's proper motor and physiological functions and return them to their previous pain-free state.

I offer physiotherapy services for adults to assist with the elimination of musculoskeletal disorders most commonly perceived as pain and limitations in mobility. I offer a detailed kinesiology assessment and determination of treatment strategy, podiatric examination, taping, pelvic floor examination.

We are two physiotherapists who enjoy and find our work fulfilling. Michal primarily focuses on sports physiotherapy and Danka on gynaecological physiotherapy.
