Martial arts school focusing on teaching JUDA and JU JITSU. We organise training for children as young as 3 years old through to adults. Our club boasts the largest base in the Pardubice region. We offer a combination of study and sport at the Spořilov Primary School and the Sports High School in Pardubice (judo - tribal sport).

The sports club offers self-defence training for children and adults, for men, women, boys and girls. We also offer fitness training, defence training with pepper spray, baton, knife and pole. We train KRAV MAGA, MMA, KARATE, JUDO, etc. We organize regular classes and private lessons.

Taichi 24 Forem - for everyone (adults, children). Group lessons, individual lessons, qigong, self-defense, weekend classes, summer camp. We accept new people interested in practicing (school children and adults).

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

The company organizes interest groups in kindergartens and other educational institutions. In cooperation with Master Zhai Hua we organize Tai Chi Chen classes for adults. These courses are taught in the traditional Chinese way, which we have developed to make Tai Chi as understandable as possible for the contemporary.

We invite you to recruitment to the martial sports club, to the course where you will learn the basics of 3 martial sports: boxing, kickboxing, thaiboxing, muay thai, but also learn how to properly stretch, and how to properly strengthen for combat sports. Both men and women from the age of 15 are invited, as well as juniors and privates.

The school provides regular training sessions for its members on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Prague 5 Primary School, ul. Weberova and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the primary school in Týnec nad Sázavou. We also organize 4 training camps, 5 competitions, 2 exams and trips to competitions and seminars of CST ITF for our members.
