The club trains children from 4 years of age in the categories of mini, benjamínci, preparatory, younger and older pupils and pupils, pupils, men and women A and B. Although we are a relatively unknown Olympic sport in the Czech Republic (3rd most widespread in the world), we have been in Hostivař since 1942.

Operation of the sports complex. The largest space is occupied by two football fields with a grandstand. The gym is used mainly by the successful badminton and volleyball clubs, which also has two outdoor courts. Four padel courts are a new addition to the complex.

We operate a fitness centre. It is an air-conditioned space. We provide services of personal trainers. We offer sports classes including kickboxing, circuit training, pilates, power yoga or thaiboxing. We provide the opportunity to obtain membership in our club.

A family run exercise centre providing exercise for children and adults, we also organise one-off events. We also offer hire of our premises, namely our cafe and hall for corporate events, family celebrations, workshops etc.

The complex is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the middle of Hostivařský lesopark, it is suitable for the general public, families with children and all lovers of nudism. It offers a wide range of gastronomic establishments and sports lovers will also find something to enjoy - beach volleyball, wake train, paddleboards, pedal boats, boating.

We run a gym with boxing lessons where beginners, advanced and those interested in wrestling are welcome. We emphasize individual attention and quality fundamentals. A schedule, including articles and useful information for beginners can be found on the website.

We operate an indoor beach arena with heated sand at a temperature of 30°C. The arena can be converted in a few minutes into up to three beach volleyball courts, football, handball, badminton or beach volleyball courts. We teach beach volleyball. We organize summer camps, sports events and camps.

We are a traditional sports club, specialists in kickboxing in Prague. In our gyms you can train kickboxing at fitness and competition level, all under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, former and current top competitors. You can start training kickboxing with us at any time of the year.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
