I do craniosacral therapy. It is a gentle gentle method that leads to the promotion of self-healing processes in the body. Just as it can store in cellular memory the emotional and physical traumas experienced, it can process and release them under the right conditions.

You can take advantage of both exercise and massage. All under one roof. Unfortunately, the building has stairs, that's the only drawback. I perform different types of massages such as: relaxation, health, lymphatic along with vacu pants, reflexology, honey and lava stones. Otherwise the environment is very pleasant.

In addition to deep and relaxing massages, we specialize in full-body rituals focused on skin care and deep relaxation. We have lovingly created each ritual to give your body exactly what it needs. We select only premium ingredients for you with a focus on quality.

Biodynamic and bioenergetic massages and bodywork allow you to release physical and emotional pain and open yourself up to a steady healing flow of energy in the body. They are a supportive technique to verbal therapy and a healing process in their own right. Trauma bodywork, healing trauma through the body, touch, breath.

Holistic therapies are a great way to relax, heal and completely unwind your body both physically and mentally. I use the methods of Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Relaxation Massage for the healing process. I can advise you on physical activities and teach you Qi-gong (Qigong).
