We provide professional counseling, assistance, psychological support, and mediation to families with children or single parents. We develop volunteerism and provide these services in our region, for example in children's homes, hospitals, homes for the elderly and to individuals in their homes. We want to be there for others and that's why we do these activities. We operate a low-threshold facility for children and youth, a Citizen's Counseling Center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Patmos Rychnov nad Kněžnou social activation service for the elderly and disabled.

We strive to develop psychosocial services in the region and educate the public in crisis assistance. We provide students with internships as volunteer assistants and counselors. We represent the common interests of our members and strengthen cooperation between state institutions in the Czech Republic and the EU and NGOs in the field of development cooperation.

We operate a shelter for women and mothers with children, a field assistance service for families with children, and a counselling centre for families. We implement projects and events for families. We provide counselling for victims of crime and deal with social and legal protection of children.

NROS has been in existence since 1993 and develops its own charitable and socially responsible projects, the most famous being Help the Children. We are one of the most active grantmaking foundations in the Czech Republic. We offer training for non-profit organizations.

We provide comprehensive management of volunteer activities for the Pilsen region. We implement projects for the elderly in the field of education, activation projects, therapeutic work and support for the development and maintenance of mental and physical strength. We also deal with the promotion and creation of quality interpersonal relationships.

Through social services, we help people in need or at risk of social exclusion. We make life easier for the disabled, the elderly, the homeless, victims of domestic violence and foreigners living in our country. We help in emergencies (floods, fires), we have a Volunteer Centre.
