We provide comprehensive management of volunteer activities for the Pilsen region. We implement projects for the elderly in the field of education, activation projects, therapeutic work and support for the development and maintenance of mental and physical strength. We also deal with the promotion and creation of quality interpersonal relationships.

We provide professional counseling, assistance, psychological support, and mediation to families with children or single parents. We develop volunteerism and provide these services in our region, for example in children's homes, hospitals, homes for the elderly and to individuals in their homes. Offer help and advice to citizens in difficult life situation. The target groups of the counselling centre include people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, victims of domestic violence, victims of crime, commercially abused persons and persons in crisis.

The social rehabilitation service is for people with disabilities and people in crisis. You can use our services in groups or individually in the areas of finding a job, caring for your own person or household, learning new things, spending time actively, etc.

Operation of a civic counseling center, a counseling center for victims of crime, and a mediation center. We strive to develop psychosocial services in the region and educate the public in crisis assistance. We provide students with internships as volunteer assistants and counselors. We offer educational programs and trainings.

NROS has been in existence since 1993 and develops its own charitable and socially responsible projects, the most famous being Help the Children. We are one of the most active grantmaking foundations in the Czech Republic. We offer training for non-profit organizations.

We provide individual counselling within the framework of field programmes. We run a debt counselling service, support education and provide tutoring, career counselling and help or advice to people in difficult situations.

We run a low threshold club for children and young people, providing help or advice to young people in difficult situations. We also carry out social field work or streetwork.
