We operate a brewery, beer is prepared here with an emphasis on the highest standard of raw materials in the technologies of the renowned manufacturer Kaspar Schulz. All beers produced in the Solnice brewery meet the criteria for the "Czech beer" label. They are unfiltered and unpasteurised.

The brewery is one of the successful Czech companies. It exports beer to more than 50 countries on all continents. The original Budweiser Budvar lager is also popular among consumers thanks to its unique maturation period of 90 days.

We are a group of enthusiasts who decided to build a microbrewery in South Bohemia. And since the first beer has already been brewed, now you can have a nice pint too. So cheers and here's to the first real Olešnice beer.

We brew unfiltered and live typical Czech beer with higher fullness and taste. We offer Light Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5.2%, Dark Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5% and Light Ten with an alcohol content of 4.3%.

We're a family-owned flying brewery. Our beers are characterized by a higher bitter taste that lingers gently on the tongue. All year round we brew Pale 10°, Pale Lager 12°, Semi-Dark 13°, English-style ALE 12° and now also Gluten-Free 11°. During Advent we also offer a Christmas Lager with cinnamon 11°.

We tap beers directly from the lager tanks of our microbrewery. We are the only microbrewery with a restaurant in the centre. In the brewery restaurant we offer traditional and modern Czech cuisine. We offer craft beers and beer specials. There are also 3 rooms directly in the building.

A pub right next to the Vltava River, a good burger, good beer and a pub quiz on top. The Pub Quiz is a team knowledge competition held in dozens of venues across the country every week. In BB every Thursday.
