We're a family-owned flying brewery. Our beers are characterized by a higher bitter taste that lingers gently on the tongue. All year round we brew Pale 10°, Pale Lager 12°, Semi-Dark 13°, English-style ALE 12° and now also Gluten-Free 11°. During Advent we also offer a Christmas Lager with cinnamon 11°.

Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

The brewery is one of the successful Czech companies. It exports beer to more than 50 countries on all continents. The original Budweiser Budvar lager is also popular among consumers thanks to its unique maturation period of 90 days.

We offer all types of beers from 10° to ALE and IPY.

We are a small family brewery founded in 2022, we have a technology with a volume of 500l and we brew mostly bottom fermented beers. We operate a brewery, beer is prepared here with an emphasis on the highest standard of raw materials in the technologies of the renowned manufacturer Kaspar Schulz. All beers produced in the Solnice brewery meet the criteria for the "Czech beer" label. They are unfiltered and unpasteurised.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

Brewing honest beer from traditional recipes since 1897. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. We proceed in such a way that even the founder of the brewery, Archduke Franz Ferdinand dÉste himself, can be proud of us.
