We operate a family brewery with a guesthouse and a restaurant. We pride ourselves on quality.

We prepare our own beers for you, which are carefully brewed by our brewers. We produce Pilsner-type lagers. These are bottom-fermented beers and their unique taste is obtained thanks to the use of quality malts.

The story of our microbrewery began in 2014, when as a beer lover I was not satisfied with the quality of beer served by the big breweries. So I decided to learn how to brew my own beer. In 2018, I inaugurated the doors of my own microbrewery.

Operation of the microbrewery.

We produce and sell unfiltered beer without preservatives or stabilizing agents and added substitutes. We offer Rychnovský Zilvar 10° draught, Kaštan 11° semi-dark, Kněžna 12° light lager, Rychnovský Habrovák special and Kvadrian 14° special. We organize tours.

We offer a tour of the period interiors of the malt house, cooperage, brewhouse, laboratories and hop houses. The tours also include the lager cellars, the bottling plant and the ice house. The possibility of a demonstration of the production of beer from the 18th century completely according to the original recipe using traditional ingredients.

The brewery is the first national brewery in the Republic of Ovipistan. It focuses mainly on bitter bottom-fermented beers. The brewery has a tasting room.

Operation of a microbrewery. There is a restaurant with an auditorium, a guest house with an experience suite, a private wellness area. Outdoor and indoor playground, fitness zone, multi-purpose sports field with ice rink in winter. There is also a bowling alley, outdoor stage and free parking.
