We specialize in Italian cuisine, mixed drinks, spirits and offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and wines. The restaurant and its garden and terrace have a total of 140 seats. Indoor space 40, garden 30, summer terrace another 70.

We have been producing traditional Czech beer according to original recipes since 1874. Holba beer is characterized by its unique taste, typical aroma and excellent carbonation. The quality of the raw materials together with the classical production technology give it its special character.

We produce bottom-fermented pilsner-type beers from draught beers 10% Hradební, through lagers 11% Otakar, 11% Kunhuta, 12% Záviš and also strong beers 13% František Bittner and 13% Eliška. We offer our unpasteurized beer in KEG kegs and 0.5 l NRW bottles. We sell beer 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from 5:30 am to 10 pm.

The brewery is the first national brewery in the Republic of Ovipistan. It focuses mainly on bitter bottom-fermented beers. The brewery has a tasting room.

Brewery Operations.

We operate a microbrewery with a range of light, garnet and dark lager, Vienna special, AMBER IPA, RYE DARK IPA and festive 14°. We distribute our range in decorative and PET bottles as well as 5 litre kegs. We also sell promotional items including T-shirts, glasses and coasters with our logo.

Operation of a restaurant. Offering hot and cold meals, draught beer, teas, coffees and soft drinks. There are 70 seats, a garden for 24 people, WiFi connection and a children's play area. Family and corporate events are possible.

Brewery Operations. We produce beer in variants of 11° and 12° pale lager.

We operate a family brewery with a guesthouse and a restaurant. We pride ourselves on quality.

Beer production. In our assortment you can find Rychtář PREMIUM, NATUR, GRUNT 11°, RATAJ, FOJT, SPECIAL, HLINECKÉ 13° and UNFILTERED FOJT.

The idea of expanding the restaurant to include a brewery was realized in 2020. The restaurant has almost a century of tradition and having its own beer was lacking. We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized, honest beers. You can taste classic lagers and top-fermented beers with us.

The brewery continues the tradition of the brewery in Chrudim and focuses on the production of quality beers and specialties, which are offered in the restaurant U Loutkáře. We offer traditional bottom-fermented lagers, but we can also offer interesting specials such as Citra, Magnum, Ekuanot, Challenger, Cascade, Galaxy or Sorachi ace.
