Brewing honest beer from traditional recipes since 1897. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. We proceed in such a way that even the founder of the brewery, Archduke Franz Ferdinand dÉste himself, can be proud of us.

We operate a pub. We offer snacks and ready meals. There are 70 seats and a garden for 40 people.

We are a small family brewery founded in 2022, we have a technology with a volume of 500l and we brew mostly bottom fermented beers. We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco. Tours of the brewery are possible.

Pikovice steam brewery. Our base is bottom-fermented unfiltered 11%, to which we regularly add other types of beer.

Our brewery continues the rich tradition of beer production and offers live beer brewed in the traditional decoction method. Our products retain their natural properties as they are neither filtered nor pasteurised. Enjoy our authentic craft beer in different types of kegs and bottles.
