Operation of the brewery.

The Černokostelec brewery from 1842 is a historic complex with a pub, Czech cuisine, beers, Wi-Fi, lounge, children's corner, parking, outdoor seating. Ideal for weddings, parties or conferences. It is located on the blue trail and you will find the National Brewing Museum here. We look forward to seeing you!

We are brewers who strive for excellence. Our focus is on beer. Not craft, not industrial, just beer. Our passion is hoppy lagers, and of course world beer styles like Hefeweizen, APA, IPA and strong beers aged in wooden whiskey, calvados and cognac barrels.

We produce and sell craft beer. We care about quality, variety and honest approach. You can buy our beers every day in the company shop. We also offer pleasant seating in the brewery taproom or garden.

Brewery Operations.

Production and sale of beer. We offer light beer 10, 11, 12, 14 and dark beer 10 degrees (pet, can, glass, kegs). Sale of bottled water 1,5, 0,5l, in gallons of 18,9 liters - still - baby, soft sparkling, sparkling. Sale of lemonades of various flavours (raspberry, pineapple, lemon).

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

Brewery museum with original machinery. Here you will see, for example, a copper double brewhouse with a transmission drive, cooling racks, a functional steam engine, functional ammonia compressors and hundreds of other machines and exhibits on a total exhibition area of about 4000 m2.
