We operate a brewery where we brew unpasteurized and unfiltered beers from various combinations of malts and hops. From great ten, to lagers and strong beers, to ale and wheat beers.

The Kaberna brewery brews unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, fermented by bottom and top fermentation. The selection ranges from low-alcohol beers (Kabrňáček 7°), through draught beers (e.g. Kabrňák 11°) to specials (e.g. Kabrňák 22°).

Restaurant offering dry-aged beef steaks in professional Dry Ager chambers, cooked on charcoal from tropical woods at temperatures of 300-350°C in a unique Josper grill and well treated Pilsner Urquell beer on tap.

The restaurant offers space for 50 people, the possibility of holding parties in the lounge and an outdoor garden in summer.
