Operation of the restaurant.

We run a traditional First Republic inn. On the menu you will find some classic Czech dishes according to traditional recipes, often 100 years old. You can choose from many delicacies brought to the present day by Magdalena Dobromila Rettigová. And it will all be served in period crockery.

The self-service bistro offers steak, minced and roasted meats, burgers, tortillas, bagels, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes, cakes, pastries, salads, Czech and world cuisine in brunch style.

Restaurant Operation.

We operate a restaurant with a capacity of 100 people. There is a lounge for 50 people.

Restaurant with a large garden seating area under mature chestnut trees. We cook traditional Czech cuisine and international cuisine. We have great beer on tap. Children will find entertainment in our children's corner and adults can have fun with live music.
