The brewery restaurant is only 1 km from the R10, located in the neighbourhood of the brewery and Svijany Castle. Open daily from 11° to 22° We cook traditional Czech cuisine. Lunch menu including weekends from 11°° to 15°°/16° hours, after 15° on weekends after 16° menu from the permanent menu.

A restaurant right next to the castle. Outside, you’ll find a buffet, sandstone grills, and smokehouses serving meat specialties. We’ll prepare your meat right before your eyes.
