I guide through yoga and self-discovery in the Czech Republic and after travelling abroad to beautiful places. Regular yoga classes - Strakonice, Vimperk and Čestice. Make time for yourself, I look forward to meeting you.

There is a yoga studio on the mat. We run group classes, individual classes and open classes of classical, gentle, pregnancy and yin yoga. Classes are taught with respect for the body and breath, in small groups, with an emphasis on safety and individual attention.

Příbram Yoga House invites you to exercise and relax. Modern comfortable premises with 2 halls. Experienced teachers guide through yoga from relaxation to dynamic styles with an emphasis on well-being, health and harmony of body and mind.

We offer KI yoga classes. The morning class is lively, dynamic and invigorating, reflecting our need to wake up to the beginning of the day. The noon class develops strength, flexibility and zest for life. The evening class is slower, focusing on major changes through a specific connection between body and mind.

I am a yoga teacher and I lead regular yoga classes and courses. I also offer individual tailor-made lessons.
