In our center we are dedicated to yoga and relaxation. Our goal is to inspire you to take care of your physical and mental health through yoga, alternative medicine, diet and self-education. The center has a peaceful, relaxing yoga space and a space used for body care. You can take advantage of online classes.

Our yoga classes focus on Hatha and Kriya yoga, meditation, pranayama, and spirituality. We help our students discover the depth and meaning of a practice that promotes both physical and mental well-being.

We are a yoga studio owned by Zuzana Drapalíková, a former soloist of the ballet of the State Opera and National Theatre in Prague and an experienced yoga teacher. We offer group or individual yoga lessons of different styles under the guidance of professional teachers. We look forward to seeing each of you.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers. Different styles of yoga also in English, during the day, at the weekend and on holidays. Student rates/multisports. We take all benefits (Sodexo, Edenred, Up, Benefit Plus and Multisport).

Offer yoga workshops and seminars. They usually last longer than the traditional classes we attend during the week and there is often room for theory or philosophy related to the topic in addition to yoga techniques.

We run a yoga and movement studio combining yoga, healthy movement and physiotherapy.
