I offer individual and group classes in hatha, vinyasa, yin and therapeutic yoga with an Ayurvedic twist. I connect breath, conscious movement and inner experience. Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced, always with an emphasis on respect for the body and current needs. Classes available at your location, my location, or online.
