We are a modern microbrewery with a restaurant. We brew mainly top-fermented specials, but you will surely find good lagers here as well. The restaurant has a capacity of 120 people and we serve very good Czech cuisine with beer.

We operate a restaurant with Mexican cuisine. We offer up to 10 beers on tap, some of which are from permanent breweries and some taps are rotating. We also offer spirits, new and unknown mezcals, little known rums.

We run a brewery. We produce beer Alois light lager, semi-dark and light special, Porter, Ale, IPA and others.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.
