The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.

We have been operating the brewery since 2014.We brew Muflon beer: Muflon 11° pale lager, 12° cold hopped pale lager, 13° Red ALE, 14° New England IPA, 14° Amore Mio IPA, MUFLON NO LIMITS edition.

We run a brewery. We focus mainly on teaching students with a study focus on brewing and malting. Possibility of courses for the public.

We run a beer bar offering 32 beers on tap. We also pour spirits, whiskey and other alcoholic beverages. From the kitchen you can choose chicken wings, platters, etc.

We run a microbrewery offering unpasteurised and unfiltered light and dark 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14° beers. We organize beer tours or brewery tours.

On our ship we offer the services of a microbrewery where we brew our own beer in the menu is always 5 kinds with a capacity of 260 seats. Restaurant- old Czech cuisine and brewery technology. We operate a beer oasis in the Garden City with beautiful outdoor seating and a barbecue. The perfect place to enjoy a craft beer in the summer. And when the summer season is over, we move indoors to a cozy indoor space.
