A public benefit society founded by Zdeněk Svěrák and the Svaz Svaz paraplegiků civic association. Since 1994 it has been helping people in wheelchairs after spinal cord injury and their families to cope with difficult life situation. The main service is residential social rehabilitation.

Providing psychological, diagnostic and social services to people with autism and their families. Organizing training courses or supervision. Operation of sheltered housing. Organisation of summer camps, leisure activities such as swimming, exercise, music therapy, athletics or ceramics.

A nationwide association that advocates for the needs and interests of people with disabilities and seniors. Provides social, health services, counselling, equipment rental, courses, job search, recreational activities, etc.

A civic association that provides help and information to people with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and their families. The main aims of the society are to organise meetings and educational and recreational visits for patients and their families, to create a list of manufacturers and suppliers of aids suitable for CMT patients and more.

Providing services to people with severe physical disabilities. We focus on information systems, leisure and educational activities and mapping and removing architectural barriers. We organize a special wheelchair route of the Prague - Prčice March and organize the national sports event Hvězda.

Providing sports activities for visually impaired citizens. Offer activities in football, cycling, athletics, bowling, swimming. Organisation of various competitions.

We operate a civic association. We offer help to families with children affected by Rett syndrome. We organize meetings, lectures and conferences. We participate in the publication of information materials about the sysdrome, cooperate with other supporting bodies, recommend specialists, etc.

Providing services to people affected by cerebral palsy and their families. We provide specialist physiotherapy and health and social counselling.

Our activities include organizing workshops, seminars on issues concerning persons with disabilities and persons caring for a disabled family member, assisting persons caring for a disabled family member, counseling, assisting persons with disabilities with returning to a full life.
