We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

We teach an effective self-defense system to both adults and children. In addition to Krav Maga, we also teach grappling, MMA, and other combat skills. We train our students in strength, fitness, mental toughness, and combat skills.
