Operation of a sports centre and school of martial arts focused on training MMA, Thai boxing, grappling, wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. It includes fitness, wellness zone and fitness training for children and adults.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We teach self-defense krav maga to children and adults. We also hold safe behavior seminars for schools and soft target protection seminars. We also specialize in kettlebell, large barbell and self weight training. We also provide nutritional counselling at our premises.

Operation of a judo sports club for children and youth. We participate in tournaments and Moravian League of teams. We organize summer camps and training camps.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We teach children gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. Children and adults will learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and falling technique.

We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

I offer the services of a Krav Maga instructor.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path.
