The Bagua Nine Palaces Taiji set works with the inner power of Taiji and greatly helps to unify the body, mind and spirit, thus having a very positive effect on the overall development of health and kung fu. Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. We organize a sports club for children and adults focusing on judo. We conduct adult, children and baby judo training sessions. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo.
