We are an architectural office. We offer collaboration from study to implementation on projects of all sizes. We handle complete project documentation, including securing building permits.

We feel your needs, the landscape, the place and its spirit. We are surrounded by architecture in the city, in the countryside, outside and inside. There is no small architecture for us.

The association has been educating in architecture since 2001. It organizes a year-round series of lectures with international and local architects, as well as the national festival Architecture Day and the film festival Film and Architecture.

We take pride in seeing a project through to completion - from the first hand-drawn sketches - to tightening the final screw and personally overseeing the project.

We deal with designing, planning and realization of buildings or interior and product design. We offer author's supervision, architectural studies, engineering, facility management, ensuring approval and processing of individual stages of project documentation.

We design structures ranging from single-family homes to residential complexes to observation decks and towers. We also focus on public and industrial buildings.

In the studio we maintain a healthy environment and a friendly approach to each individual, this approach is then reflected in our projects from the first joint sketches to the inspections of the ongoing construction. Our main focus is large scale with attention to detail.

We provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services from study to implementation, including the procurement of zoning permits, building permits, detailed design and supervision during construction. We are based in Brno and Zlín, but we operate throughout the Czech Republic.
