We run a counselling service for children and adults with celiac disease. We inform about news, provide advice, recipes and many other information to help in life with a gluten-free diet. We publish a magazine called Zpravodaj. We work with leading doctors, especially gastroenterologists. We organise meetings and baking courses.

I specialize in sports massage in Prague with a focus on muscle regeneration, relief from overload and injury prevention. At the same time, I offer nutritional counseling provided online, focusing on energy, recovery and long-term sustainable eating habits.
