In our studio we provide exercise classes aimed at all ages. Newborns, babies, children, young and mature adults, seniors.

Accredited Nordic Walking instructor (certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science). I organize group Nordic Walking courses and individual lessons. I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.

We offer exercises for parents with children. The lessons are made up of various rhymes, movement poems and teasers, songs and small games. We focus on developing and strengthening movement skills, but also on promoting psychosocial relationships.

We offer a training program focused on judo, which develops the physical and mental side of young athletes. Our experienced coaches, including former national team members, help children build their self-confidence and a positive relationship with movement. We emphasize values such as respect and honesty.

We offer all-round training for children, which includes athletics, gymnastics, swimming and martial arts. Our sessions are led by experienced coaches and focus on the joy of movement and proper execution of exercises. With a fun approach, children will learn skills and improve their movement potential.

We organize the Sokol Run of the Republic, where we promote sports activities and community spirit. We offer official t-shirts, race packets and registration. We believe in the power of playing sports and living a healthy lifestyle together. Join us and experience a unique sporting moment.
