I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.

I help women lose weight and feel great. It's about losing weight without dieting and strenuous exercise. Video workouts for weight loss and body shaping, diets, motivation, online and sms advice, health exercises, various challenges and other bonus benefits and freebies. My membership includes women who are between the ages of 25 and 83.
