We run a sports studio in the city centre. We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. We organize sports weekends. Possibility to buy season tickets.

We provide excellent conditions for fitness, bodybuilding, power triathlon and CrossFit training. We offer a wide variety of stations, a cardio zone, a functional zone, a CrossFit zone with a throw down area and squat cage, a punching bag, climbing ropes, personal and circuit training with trained coaches.

I offer health calm exercises to strengthen the center of the body and pelvic floor. Prevention of back pain, joint pain and incontinence. The aim is to correct movement and health problems - it does not replace physiotherapy or fall under the term rehabilitation in the medical sense. I am also involved in nutritional counselling.

The rehabilitation facility addresses musculoskeletal disorders and offers physiotherapy, massage, ball therapy, kinesiotaping, group exercises (Tai-chi). Specialists: Mgr. Petr Řezníček (physio-neurological disorders, scoliosis, general physio), Bc. Jitka Šimůnková (breathing rehab, women's health, gynaecological physio).

In our boutique studio we offer yoga, pilates and functional strengthening classes with modern equipment such as BOSU® Balance Trainer, sBalls, rollers and pilates machines. We focus on healthy movement. Come to us to relax, strengthen your body and mind and recharge your energy. We look forward to exercising.

The vision of our studio is to tune the body into well-being through functional movement, breath and also through frequency therapy. Of course, we offer a cozy and clean environment, professionalism and experience. We use a special method of exercise, the effects of which you will experience during the lesson.
