I specialize in leading pilates and yoga classes for women. In addition to regular group classes, I offer individual classes, film online courses and organize retreats.

The Elixir Academy was established in 2012 as an educational institution, under which we organize an accredited Pilates, Health Physical Education and Yoga retraining course for future instructors, as well as training courses for not only instructors, but also enthusiasts and fans of healthy movement.
