We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.

I offer individual physiotherapy consultations, musculoskeletal examinations and subsequent therapy in the form of manual techniques, mobilisations and rehabilitation exercises. I also offer physiotherapy to homes and businesses.
