I offer services as a crisis interventionist and biosynthetic psychotherapist for children and adults.

Body therapy in Brno is an individual therapy focused on connecting the body, emotions and mind.

I am a biosynthetic therapist in training, working with the biosynthetic therapy method. I provide crisis intervention, help and support in acute crisis situations when you feel overwhelmed or threatened.

I am mainly involved in craniosacral therapy through deep relaxation, family constellations, counselling and I also work with clients in my practice with Limbic Imprint Transcription Therapy. I also work with alternative ways of self-discovery using psychological projective methods.

In my work, I integrate knowledge of the nervous system, emotional processing, psychosomatics, and experiential methods. When the nervous system calms down, a person regains the ability to make choices. Situations that previously automatically triggered fear, anger, or helplessness gradually lose their power.

I'm a therapist, but I'm also a person. I often encounter situations where the client thinks the therapist must be perfect, someone superhuman who has worked out all their pain and is balanced.

I provide individual, couples and family psychological counseling. I provide EEG biofeedback training. I offer help with relationship problems or with attention, memory and performance disorders. I focus on personal development, working with stress and childhood difficulties.

My name is Mgr. Markéta Valtrová and I am a graduated psychologist. I offer psychological services in my office in Chocni or online.
