We are a trade union representing mainly rail transport workers. We address positions on labor issues, collective bargaining, member workplace issues, and anything that unions can change or influence. We provide advice.

We run a union organization. The mission of the union is to always be at the forefront of the effort to better the conditions of those who sell their work.

Defending and promoting the rights of union members.

The basic organization has been active in OSJ since its inception. Our ZO has about 190 active members and 35 pensioners. The works committee has 10 members and regularly discusses with employers labour law issues, occupational health and safety, the use of SF and FKSP, etc. in accordance with the Labour Code and collective agreements.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

The union protects and defends the rights, interests and needs of its members, particularly in the areas of labour law, wages and social issues.
