Offering tours of a replica castle ruin. Jan's Castle is part of the Lednice-Valtice area, it was built near a hunting preserve, on a place surrounded on three sides by the river Dyje. It served as a hunting castle. After the hunts, rich feasts were held here, where the King of the Hunt was announced. It was possible to organise weddings.

Tours of the castle. The history of Zvíkovo Castle has been linked to the royal family of the Přemyslids since the beginning. In summer, for example, theatre or swordplay performances take place here. The first step towards the foundation was probably taken by Přemysl Otakar I in 1226.

The Baroque chateau has undergone an interesting architectural development that reflects the dramatic history of Horažďovice. During the season you can visit for example: the Great Hall with unique fresco decorations, the chapel, the hunting corridor, the medieval tower, the Empire salon, or the enfilade of rooms with seasonal exhibitions of the Municipal Museum.

The first mention of the castle dates back to 1348, according to archaeological findings, the building stood here as early as the late 13th or early 14th century. Židlochovice Castle is one of the best preserved hunting castles in Europe and together with the historic pheasantry and deer preserves it creates a unique hunting complex, continuing the centuries-old hunting tradition of this area.
