We offer jumping lessons for the general public. The course starts in September and January. Regular lessons are open and always listed in the schedule on our website.

We operate a movement studio. We offer classes in power yoga, classical yoga, pilates, rehabilitation exercises, weight training, aerobics and more. We provide movement classes for advanced and beginners, group classes and individual training, organize workshops and more.
