The Women's Fitness Center delivers a functional 30-minute circuit workout that provides a comprehensive exercise program incorporating elements of cardiovascular and strength training. It strengthens muscles, tones the body, speeds up metabolism, burns fat and helps reduce weight.

Pole Dance classes offered. In our classes we emphasize the correct technical execution of individual spins and tricks and physical preparation. The poles are 3 m long with a diameter of 4,5 cm made of stainless steel with the possibility of switching to spin mode. You can also enjoy the mirrors with a height of 2.7 m.

We guide beginners through their practice and teach both traditional Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga—yoga for a healthy body and a calm mind, for a healthy back, as well as yoga for pregnant women and seniors. We offer classes in person at the studio and online.
