We hold regular kundalini yoga classes and constellation-based personal development courses.

There is a yoga studio on the mat. We run group classes, individual classes and open classes of classical, gentle, pregnancy and yin yoga. Classes are taught with respect for the body and breath, in small groups, with an emphasis on safety and individual attention.

I provide craniosacral therapy, Bach essence therapy, conscious touch therapy and massage with overlap, meditation and bodywork.
