We offer various forms of exercise for parents with children, aimed at developing motor skills and health. Our programs are designed for children from 1 to 4 years old. We exercise together and create a comfortable environment for family time full of movement.

Discover the joy of your baby's healthy development. Join us for a group exercise class for pregnant women and also a unique baby exercise class. I can also help you with any breastfeeding issues, and I'm happy to demonstrate baby massage and bathing. You can also take advantage of the Baby Care course for expectant parents.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.

We offer pregnancy massage, restorative massage, pregnancy and postpartum exercises, pregnancy and postpartum counseling, newborn care counseling, breastfeeding support, and regression psychotherapy. There is a children's corner, refreshments.

Offering classes for parents with children from 6 months to 6 years for proper motor development.

We offer expert advice in the field of physiotherapy. We also do yoga and exercise for children, combining play with movement. We hold lectures and workshops focusing on healthy feet and psychomotor development.

I offer Tai Chi exercise services for adults and children. I concentrate on 12 Qigong exercises for deep relaxation and full body coordination, pair exercises, seated meditation, health enhancing imagery, breath work and quick self-massage.

Offering in-line skating lessons for adults and children. Organizing suburban in-line, bike, adventure and freestyle camps. Organizing sporting events and power yoga lessons, adventure camps.
