We organize basic skating lessons for teams during school hours. Lessons are designed for children from 5 years old, beginners and advanced. We also offer exercise classes for women using bands and balls: bodyforming, cardio calanetics, pilates, balantes. We provide individual lessons in in-line skating.
We offer exercises for mothers with children. We also provide swimming training for children, suburban camps, massages and exercises for pregnant women, prenatal preparation, lactation counseling, massages.
We offer exercise classes for parents and children from 9 months to 14 years, exercise classes, we organize suburban camps, swimming classes. For adults we offer personal training, TRX classes, roller exercise classes, postnatal exercise and yoga classes.
The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.
