We offer exercise classes for both children and adults. We provide athletic training, fitness and functional training, circuit training, classes for moms with kids, back health classes, one-on-one training, and programs focused on a healthy lifestyle.

I offer Tai Chi exercise services for adults and children. I concentrate on 12 Qigong exercises for deep relaxation and full body coordination, pair exercises, seated meditation, health enhancing imagery, breath work and quick self-massage.

Offering classes for parents with children from 6 months to 6 years for proper motor development.

Our studio focuses on the health of mothers and their children. We offer exercise and nutrition focused classes to help women stay fit and motivated. We are dedicated to yoga as well as developing healthy eating habits to promote the overall well-being of our clients.

Exercise with children, toddlers and babies. In a non-competitive yet motivating atmosphere, children develop not only their physical skills but also their overall personality, appropriate to their age, constitution and abilities. In this way they build a broad physical base, a positive attitude towards movement and sport, as well as self-confidence.
