We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

Teaching martial arts kung fu style Dju Su, Russian Systema style and health exercises tai-chi, conditioning Pilates and health and conditioning TV.

We provide physical education and sports services in the field of self-defense. We also organize self-defense seminars for women. We provide movement training, group exercises and grip drills.

We offer instruction in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. We are members of Slovak Aikido Association - National Organization registered in Aikikai Hombu Tokyo.

We run a judo sports club for children and youth. Every year we organize a number of tournaments and competitions for all ages at the national level with the participation of athletes from neighboring countries.
