We offer 2 types of courses - sports preparation and karate for children, karate and self-defence for adults. Training sessions are held regularly under the guidance of professional trainers.

We offer judo lessons with participation in competitions and tournaments, with the possibility of regular training and passing the exam. We strive to develop all-round mobility in our practitioners, increasing physical and mental strength and stamina. Children will learn the basics of acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique.

Offering Thai boxing and MMA lessons. We offer training for children in martial arts, CMTA, Thai boxing matches, kickboxing.

Offering martial arts courses. The training consists of training in basic fighting techniques of tai-jutsu (body art = traditional fighting without weapons) and training in fighting with weapons (sword, short sword, poles of different lengths, and other traditional weapons, as well as modern weapons of today).

Operation of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu school of Japanese martial arts containing 6 schools of Samurai skills and 3 schools of Ninjutsu. Teaching takes place in individual dojo throughout the country.

Aikido - a set of self-defense techniques, helps to keep the body vital, flexible and active, awakens a strong and determined spirit and gives the joy of movement in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.

The Chinese martial art of Wing Chun offers not only an effective system for self-defense, but also has benefits in many other areas, such as increasing self-confidence, improving physical fitness, deepening relaxation, concentration and coordination, for anyone regardless of age, gender and constitution.

Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art focusing on real defense. Unlike other martial arts, Ving Tsun utilizes all aspects of fighting such as fist strikes, palm strikes, elbows, kicks, grabs and takedowns. Ving Tsun also focuses on ground fighting, fighting against armed attackers, and fighting against multiple attackers.

Offering judo classes for children.

We offer Chinese martial arts lessons. We teach Taijiquan, Qi Kung and Shaolin Kung Fu.

Offering self-defence training and seminars. We specialize in sport combat disciplines. Trainers and instructors are available. We use protective suits for training and mock-ups of the human figure for practicing strikes.

Providing Taekwon - Da.

VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

Knowing how to move safely and (eventually) defend yourself is a choice no one will make for you. We offer aikido classes.
