We offer judo lessons with participation in competitions and tournaments, with the possibility of regular training and passing the exam. We strive to develop all-round mobility in our practitioners, increasing physical and mental strength and stamina. Children will learn the basics of acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique.

We run regular self-defence courses for men, women and girls. We also conduct irregular self-defence seminars and seminars with weapons or law enforcement - telescopic baton etc. To increase physical fitness we train with our own weight and modern fitness supplements in circuit training.

Offering Thai boxing and MMA lessons. We offer training for children in martial arts, CMTA, Thai boxing matches, kickboxing.

Mixed martial arts and Kudo. Development of martial and mental skills.

We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing the sword quickly and achieving a quick victory over the opponent Takeda Ryu Iaido. The main disciplines of this school are Aiki ju jutsu, Iaido, Ken jutsu, Jodo, Ju-Kempo and Shuriken-jutsu.

VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.
