Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

Offering martial arts courses.

I hold two-month intensive body and mind shaping classes based on Thai boxing. You will learn basic techniques, the art of concentration and relaxation. I have been practicing since 1993, I am an A license trainer, international referee for 9 years, world champion, I have trained many national champions and representatives.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and pass on important techniques and methods.

The Bagua Nine Palaces Taiji set works with the inner power of Taiji and greatly helps to unify the body, mind and spirit, thus having a very positive effect on the overall development of health and kung fu. The set combines the softness and fluidity of taiji movements with the depth, strength and firmness of shaolin postures.

The school was founded in 1991. Among the courses offered are Taekwondo ITF or self-defense. We organize seminars and various events. We participate in competitions. Classes are divided into groups according to age and technical levels. Training of children from 5 years old.

Martial arts Wing Tzun, self-defense for women and men. We specialize in prevention of assault. We organize seminars and customized. We have experience in teaching the blind, the elderly and people with physical limitations.

We offer taekwondo lessons.

We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

The company organizes interest groups in kindergartens and other educational institutions. In cooperation with Master Zhai Hua we organize Tai Chi Chen classes for adults. These courses are taught in the traditional Chinese way, which we have developed to make Tai Chi as understandable as possible for the contemporary.
