The association is primarily engaged in teaching self-defense and conducting fitness training. Regular classes, private lessons, educational seminars and workshops.

We run a sports club for children and youth focused on judo lessons.

Our gym is one of the oldest MMA gyms in the Czech Republic. Its founder Daniel Barták is one of the first pioneers and leading figures of MMA in the Czech Republic. We offer MMA training, BJJ, grappling, Thai boxing and special training for children, both for advanced and complete beginners.

In our gym you will be able to work both independently and under the guidance of experienced trainers who are always ready to help you reach your sporting peaks. And for those looking for team spirit and motivation, we offer a variety of group classes such as boxing or circuit training.

We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.
