Krav Junior is not only about training self-defense techniques and increasing the level of safety of children, but also about having fun and expanding horizons - with us, children will simply have fun. We organize a lot of fun and educational events for them, both short and long term.

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

Our studio specializes in antigravity yoga, which is a unique exercise in hanging scarves. We offer classes for children and adults to develop flexibility, strength and balance. We have partnership agreements with leading football clubs - Sparta, Slavia, Dukla, Bohemians, Žižkov. We provide our services for both teams and individuals.
