I have been practicing since 1993, I am an A license trainer, international referee for 9 years, world champion, I have trained many national champions and representatives.

We provide information in the field of discgolf. We offer discgolf lessons with one experienced players and instructors - teaching basic and advanced discgolf techniques (explanation of the rules, putting - matchmaking, driving - long throws, different throwing techniques).

We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

Offering exercise, massage and weekend seminars.

We offer coaching licenses for instructors/coaches of wushu, qigong, taiji, taichi. We incorporate current knowledge in the field of physiotherapy into the content. Our courses include the martial aspect of exercise as well as health cultivation, you can choose according to your inclination.

We run the Tomas Verner Figure Skating Academy.

We specialize in exercise classes for children from four months to six years old and also offer instructional massage classes for children and infants. Our programs include both parent-led exercise classes and independent activities for children to encourage their creativity and motor skills.
